Ignite is a viable option for Volibear because it gives grievous wounds to an enemy, making Volibear out-sustain them. Additionally, it helps finish off enemies that are evasive.

Volibear in Wild Rift can start by taking Sky Splitter first to poke down enemies while having an advantage when trading in lanes with its shield. Volibear can then take Frenzied Maul as a second ability for more damage and sustain, and Thundering Smash as the third one for crowd control. After prioritizing Stormbringer, Volibear should maximize Frenzied Maul should he have a chance as the Stormbringer is the highest priority.
