Garen in ARAM is pretty viable thanks to his passive, Perseverance which grants bonus health regeneration. You can simply stay out of the battlefield for a short while and you will be combat-ready after a few seconds. Add Warmog’s Armor and Spirit Visage to the mix and you will be like a walking fountain that fills his health passively extremely quickly.
Use 1st, Decisive Strike to avoid skill shots and to go engage or disengage in fights.
Your 2nd, Courage is a big determining factor on whether you are going to survive fights. Generally, you want to engage in a fight using this ability so you can soak damage when most of your enemy’s abilities are available. Be aware of its duration and your life as you will be less tanky once its effect wears off.
Use 3rd, Judgment sparingly especially in the earlier stages of the game. If possible, use it in combination with your 2nd, Courage and 1st, Decisive Strike.
Use your ultimate, Demacian Justice to execute opponents and as a bonus, it will deal large amounts of AoE damage to nearby enemies. You can use it in combination with Mark/Dash to execute enemies from afar.
Garen Build Recommendation in Wild Rift
Here are Item Build Recommedations that works on Garen in Wild Rift ARAM Mode.
Spectre’s Cowl is bought first to accelerate the healing of Garen. It synergizes perfectly with his passive so you can simply shrug off pokes. This is immediately upgraded into 
Spirit Visage to further increase the healing from Garen’s passive, Perseverance. Afterward, you can choose between 
Sunfire Aegis and Black Cleaver for your first damaging item.
Choose between Stoneplate or Glorious Enchant for your boots enchantment. The former will increase your tankiness while the latter increases your movement speed for aggressive playing. Afterward, buy Warmog’s Armor to supercharge your regeneration, thanks to its Warmog’s Heart passive that grants OP out of combat healing. Finish off with Sterak’s Gage and 
Guardian Angel.
Runes
- Fleet Footwork will allow you to sustain yourself and grant bonus movement speed so you’ll be able to keep up with opponents who will attempt to kite you. Grasp of the Undying is a great option if there are lots of melee opponents who you can proc the passive on.
- Triumph increases your execute damage and heals you on takedowns.
- Hunter – Titan grants bonus HP and tenacity.
- Hunter – Genius grants bonus ability haste so you can use your abilities, especially your ultimate, more often.
Summoner Spells
Mark/Dash allows you to do surprising initiation and execution attempts using your ultimate.
Use Ghost to chase enemies or to run around the map to regeneration or buy time for your team.
