It is hard to stack Irelia’s passive in the early game because it requires her to get near minions and therefore make her vulnerable to attacks and pokes from the enemy team.
In the early game, keep your head down and try to damage enemies with Irelia’s 2nd ability, Defiant Dance and her 3rd ability, Flawless Duet.
A neat trick you can do is to hide the projectile of Irelia’s 3rd ability, Flawless Duet inside the animation of Defiant Dance.
If you see enemies grouped up, this is the time to use Irelia’s ultimate, Vanguard’s Edge. If you are lucky to hit multiple enemies, you will be able to instantly enjoy the max stacks of Irelia’s passive and you will be able to jump from multiple enemies so you can damage them and confuse enemies with multiple Bladesurges. Multiple jumps using Bladesurge will also heal you, making it possible to stay on fights for longer.
Irelia Build Recommendation in Wild Rift
Here are Item Build Recommedations that works on Irelia in Wild Rift ARAM Mode.
Trinity Force allows Irelia to deal some significant damage with each of her 1st ability, Bladesurge. Sterak’s Gage further amplifies the damage of Spellblade thanks to the increase on base damage it grants and 
Blade of the Ruined King’s passive, Ruined Strikes also applies to each Bladesurge hit.
If your team lacks a tank or if the enemy has lots of AP champions, substitute 
Wit’s End to Trinity Force for the additional survivability.
Runes
Conqueror is the best Keystone rune for Irelia since she lands her combos fast and she relies on her auto-attacks and attack speed by a lot. Hunter – Vampirism grants physical vamp that will allow Irelia to sustain herself in long fights. Hunter – Titan will help against crowd controls and Hunter – Genius grants ability haste that will allow Irelia to spam her abilities more often.
Summoner Spells
Mark/Dash can be used in combination with Irelia’s 3rd ability, Flawless Duet and it can also be used in combination with her ultimate, Vanguard’s Edge for surprising initiations.
Flash is a great tool for surprising initiations by buffering Irelia’s ultimate or it can also be used to escape dangerous situations.
