Vayne is a short-range AD carry without any wave clear ability so she can be hard to use in ARAM. When playing her in the Howling Abyss, you have to be patient and play to her strengths, which is her ultimate, Final hour and her ability to pin down enemies to walls with her 3rd ability, Condemn.
When Vayne’s ultimate is active, her 1st ability, Tumble turns her invisible. This allows her to maneuver across the battlefield, dodging skillshots while shredding down any enemy she wishing to kill. Activate her 2nd ability, Silver Bolts when you have the opportunity to go all-in on an enemy so you can kill them faster with the bonus attack speed and make sure to angle her 3rd ability, Condemn right because if you push the enemy away from your team, it will help them escape.
Vayne Build Recommendation in Wild Rift
Here are Item Build Recommedations that works on Vayne in Wild Rift ARAM Mode.
Blade of the Ruined King is a must-have on Vayne whether on ARAM or on normal matches. The percentage of HP damage and the Drain passive that steals the movement speed of the target enemy is a big plus on Vayne. After her first core item, she must choose between Statikk Shiv which grants her a hyperaggressive playstyle, or 
Phantom Dancer which is a hybrid of offense and defense.
Runes
Fleet Footwork grants healing and bonus movement speed on attacks so you can kite and sustain yourself better. If you are feeling confident, Conqueror grants the bonus damage on Vayne among Keystone runes. Gathering Storm grants increasing AD bonus based on time passed. Adaptive Carapace grants bonus HP and adaptive resistances and Hunter – Genius adds a stacking ability haste bonus for each unique takedown which you will stack fast because fights happen fast and often on ARAM.
Summoner Spells
Mark/Dash is an aggressive Summoner Spell choice for Vayne in ARAM but if you use this, no enemy is going to be safe from you.
Flash will allow Vayne to do a lot of aggressive plays and disengage when necessary.
