Ezreal’s passive, Rising Spell Force grants him increasing attack speed each time he hits enemies with his abilities. Make sure you have your stacks ready before engaging in a fight so you’ll have the upper hand.
1st, Mystic Shot is a great skill shot to poke enemies and to deal more damage in between your attacks. It applies your on-hit effects and reduces the cooldown of all your other abilities cooldown so do not spam it blindly.
2nd, Essence Flux only hits champions but you need to auto-attack or hit them with other abilities to hit the enemy. Use this ability first before engaging in a fight to deal more damage. It also refunds mana so pulling this ability off will help you manage your mana especially in the early game.
3rd, Arcane Shift is a blink ability that also launches a homing attack on a nearby enemy and prioritizes the enemy marked with 2nd, Essence Flux. Activating the mark is a great way to deal damage but only use this ability to engage if you are sure that you are safe. Otherwise, save it for escaping dangerous situations. You can use it to override crowd controls if timed properly.
Your ultimate, Trueshot Barrage is a long-ranged AoE burst damage ability that can be used to deal a lot of damage in a team fight or to snipe dying enemies. You can also use it at the beginning of fights as a shortcut to acquiring your maximum Rising Spell Force stacks.

First, buy Tear of the Goddess to manage Ezreal’s mana as he is a spellcasting marksman. After upgrading it into Manamune, you can either go the traditional on-hit route with Trinity Force or Iceborn Gauntlet and Blade of the Ruined King or you can build Ezreal into a AP type caster with Hextech Gunblade, Lich Bane, Nashor’s Tooth, and Rabadon’s Deathcap. The AP build is great if you have no teammate who can deal AP damage.
