Runes
Teemo is even more obnoxious in ARAM. Why? There are no sweeper lens in ARAM and the only way to see Teemo’s ultimate, Noxious Trap is by buying Umbral Glaive but who buys that in ARAM? The limited space is also advantageous to Teemo because it will make it feel like there are mushrooms everywhere due to the small map. Update: As of Patch 2.5: Teemo’s mushrooms can now be seen through the cannon minions, super minions, and the Scryer’s blooms.
You just have to be smart in the early game and avoid dying so you can easily scale into your levels and get your ultimate upgrades as early as possible. Play a peeler role in the early to mid game, by using Teemo’s 1st ability, Blinding Dart to those who attack your allies. Use Guerilla Warfare to assassinate low HP enemies.
Teemo Build Recommendation in Wild Rift
Here are Item Build Recommedations that works on Teemo in Wild Rift ARAM Mode.
The AP build for Teemo will allow him to increase his damage over time thanks to 
Liandry’s Torment and add a little more burst damage when hitting enemies with Teemo’s 1st ability, Blinding Dart, and ultimate, Noxious Trap by building 
Luden’s Echo.
If your team does not have an ADC, you can build Teemo with on-hit items as he has an attack speed self-buff on his 3rd ability, Guerilla Warfare. Blade of the Ruined King will allow him to melt tanks, 
Nashor’s Tooth will scale his AP damage per hit, and 
Runaan’s Hurricane will allow him to apply on-hit effects to up to three enemies per attack.
Runes
- Aery adds bonus damage to your pokes and can increase the damage of Teemo’s ultimate, Noxious Trap even if you are far away. Conqueror is better when using the on-hit build since you will be auto-attacking a lot.
- Gathering Storm allows Teemo to scale into the late game. Teemo is pretty weak in the early game in ARAM so a scaling domination fits better for him.
- Bone Plating adds damage reduction to three hits in a short duration. It is great against burst damage assassins or mages as they will want to burst you down in the mid and late game.
- Hunter – Genius grants bonus ability haste per each unique takedown so Teemo can use his ultimate, Noxious Trap as often as possible.
Summoner Spells
Teemo is a hated champion and you will be targeted a lot in the middle and late game, Barrier will help you survive burst damage.
Flash is another summoner spell that will help you escape enemies.
