Here is the League of Legends: Wild Rift Alpha Test (Android Only) minimum system requirements provided by Riot Games. The limited alpha test begins on June 6th 2020 (GMT+8) in brazil and the Philippines.
Note: These requirement is for Alpha test only later might be changed.

- CPU – 8 Core (MT6750 Equivalent). 1.50 Ghz (64bit processor only).
- Ram – 3 Gb and above
- Screen Size : 1280 * 720 and above
- Operating system : Android 6.01 “marshmallow” and above
- Storage – 1.5Gb
what will be system requirement for final version ?
its not final yet but Here are the current targets for mobile specs:
(Updated May 2020) For Android – Hoping to have compatibility for these specs and above: 1.5GB RAM, Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, and Adreno 306 GPU. Still, working to support 32-bit Android processors.
(Updated May 2020) For iOS devices – Aiming to have Wild Rift run on iPhone 6 and later.
