Redeem: Reveal a position and after 1.5 seconds, a beam of light heals allied by 23-75. 50% of cooldown will be returned if ally champions are not healed.

This can be used while dead. and this effect reduced by 50% if the target has been affected by another redemption in last 20 seconds.
